However, I would like you to think about how these video’s can benefit you. If you don’t have the time for online cooking lessons and you just want to improve your cooking and maybe you want to easily create restaurant recipes and you need living budget recipes this video can help you.

You will have an expert not only on cooking but  you need a good teacher that will maintain your interest.  I have been around some really good chef’s and I have to tell you that they must know some kind of magic.  I watch them, I acknowledge that I have also done this type of cooking, but they are so quick and subtle that I miss the little things and their food is just beyond belief. One of the fun ideas is recipes exchanges, it is a social way to talk to people about regional food that either they are familiar with or they want to share with you a new way of cooking.  You can take these video’s, and learn from them, and make your own video’s, up load them on you tube paste them on your site (if you don’t know how to do this I will show you, go to my contact me page here.

It is so fun to share recipes, I remember visiting my Grandmother in southern oregon and just was absorbed by her many cookbooks.  She would never, ever cook from one, but she constantly read many, and at her breakfast table, she would discuss recipe’s with her neighbors.  I guess I was naive and thought she talked about cooking, she was really talking about the spice of life.

At an age of 4, I really digged this way of learning.  But, you must know that I am not a great cook.  It is okay to listen to a practitioner about how they do something, but if they don’t actually show you how it is difficult to follow.  Anyway, it was always a treat to eat the outcome of her recipes.

The Golden Roast.

Now I am not really sure why the roasting of anything is that difficult.  However, I have been on the receiving end of some pretty bad roasts, in fact I am sure I was the cook on them.

Wouldn’t be nice to drop in a dvd of an expert and just kind of guide you along on how to make a golden roast and if you failed the first time you would capture the little things that a chef does that will create magic in your kitchen.  So, I think that you can see the benefit of a professional chef to teach you how to learn to cook with the skills of how to cook with a video that will maximize your dishes, ingredients and create foods that are mistaken from  your guests as coming from a first class restaurant.

Also, you may be wondering on what is the best tools to use and by the way how do you really sharpen knives? Here is a link to see that video, it still really takes practice and one thing that I have learned is not to make the knife to sharp.  For some reason a semi blunt/sharp knife releases more flavors.  Anyway, here is a page to help you with that on how to sharpen a knife.

So, if you want to know the secrets of olive oil, enhancing your recipe box, want to know the best cooking techniques then this cooking video series may be for you.  The best thing about buying or just trying anything on my site, you have a 60 day guarantee that is refundable on your purchase or trial.

This is supposed to be fun and you will gain somehting on these how-to videos is fun stuff that you may have never thought of.  For example what the heck do you do with a garlic pan? Or how ’bout a sugar brush? Or better yet how to make a great dish with balsamic strawberries.

One of the things I like about this Chef is that when you sign up for the class video’s he is just an email to ask any question that you may have.

So, I cannot recommend enough this cooking gourmet video course.

Testimonial Video.

By the way here are a couple of video’s. One is a testimonial and the other is from the Chef.

Know let me introduce Chef Mohr and his fun gourmet cooking videos for everyone!
